Framing / J-Frame
J-Frame is a general-purpose Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) gauged Framing timber manufactured by Juken New Zealand Ltd (JNL) from 100% renewable Radiata Pine, plantation forest. As a reliable straight and durable product, J-Frame can be used in a wide range of applications including residential and commercial framing and truss systems.J-Frame with CodeMark guarantees compliance with all councils in New Zealand.Key Features:
- Resistant to warp, twist and bow – resulting in beautifully straight walls
- Straight true & dimensionally accurate
- Makes for cleaner, smoother lines – for both internal & external cladding
- Suitable for residential and commercial framing and truss systems
Engineered Panel / Triboard
Triboard is a 3-layered panel with a wood strand core sandwiched between an MDF outer “skin”. The result is a clean-lined panel that has high resilience and impact resistance and greater stiffness than other similar products.
The dimensionally stable core provides superb load-bearing and screw holding, and the MDF surfaces give a
smooth finish for painting or overlaying.This innovative combination of smooth surfaces with inner strength makes it ideal for a wide range of internal structural and non-structural applications – panel housing, structural walls, floors, fire-rated doors and inter-tenancy walls, solid core doors, bracing panels, benchtops and shelving. Available in a variety of panel sizes, thicknesses and densities.
Triboard can be used for:
- Internal domestic, industrial and commercial walls and ceilings.
- Floors including sprung sports, access floors, mezzanine, warehouse/factory and theatre or cinema floors.
- Solid-core doors.
- Partition systems.

Engineered Solid Timber Panels / J-Panel
J-Panel is a general-purpose solid wood edge laminated panel manufactured by Juken New Zealand Ltd(JNL) from 100% renewable Radiata Pine plantation forest. J-Panel is a premium alternative to traditional wood panel products. It’s wider and straighter with an aesthetically pleasing wood grain. J-Panel is typically used to manufacture furniture and kitchen componentry, making it a popular choice with both Builders and Joiners.
Flooring / Strandboard
Strandboard is a high-density substrate, which blends practical and creative elements for a variety of uses in residential and commercial applications. When you need to cover large areas quickly and provide a more rigid floor surface, choose Strandboard™ Tongue and Groove to give an excellent base for tiles, carpet or vinyl. Or use Strandboard Square Edge when a clear finish is required. With Strandboard, you’ll experience the benefits of timber, providing warmth underfoot and a forgiving surface. Often, Strandboard is used effectively on decorative wall panels, ceilings and stairway construction.
Solid Wood – Quartersawn Clears
The highest quality of any grade of solid wood, our Quartersawn Clears are made from pruned saw logs that are precision sawn and kiln dried, and then dressed on all four sides.The result is a dimensionally stable, clear, straight (vertical) grain wood product, free of knots and with high visual and aesthetic appeal.Our Quartersawn Clears are commonly used for internal top-end residential or commercial applications where a highly visible, blemish-free, clean-lined modern look is required – such as cabinetry and furniture, solid doors and door frames, feature walls and internal finishing.Our solid wood Quartersawn Clears are made from 100% sustainable NZ Radiata pine grown in accordance with strict quality and environmental standards (ISO, FSC).
